What is the Agent Hub MLS?
The Agent Hub Multiple Listing Service is a unique network of shared properties - with shared commissions - from agent partners across the UK.
Our MLS works by providing you access to the Agent Hub property portfolio, allowing you to search other agents listings, share information within the network and share commissions.
How does the Agent Hub MLS work?
Estate agents on the Agent Hub MLS can list their properties, and buyer requirements, to share with the rest of the agent partner network.
Once a property or requirement is shared, another agent on the MLS can match this information to anything on their own system.
And each time a deal is made, you receive compensation in the form of a referral fee. Referral fees are set by the user and can be a flat fee or percentage and ensure you are always rewarded for your participation in the process.
